Organic Food Made in Germany
Germany is a key player in the global organic market. From the beginning, it has played a pioneering role in the organic food movement. Today, the country at the heart of Europe is well- established as a vital powerhouse of the organic world. What Germany brings to the global table is a strong commitment to organic farming and a state-of-the-art food industry with stringent quality control systems.
Seal of Organic Quality
The German Ministry of Agriculture, Nutrition and Consumer protection co-ordinated and regulated organic standards and in 2001 issued a label which was dubbed the “Bio-Siegel”. Strict guidelines must be followed to receive the “Bio-Siegel”, allowing consumers to trust and identify these products, which all adhere to EU’s high organic standards. All Grasland products have been awarded the “Bio-Siegel”.

Why Organic?

No Chemicals. No GMO. Purely natural products

Antibiotics and pesticides used in non-organic farms are harmful to our environment and pose a very serious long-term health threat to humans and animals alike.

Organic foods are higher in nutrients and lower in toxins

Organic foods are higher in antioxidants and other nutrients, like omega-3 and CLA essential fatty acids. They also contain significantly less toxic metals which causes cancer.

Kids should grow naturally, which is why our cows do the same

Synthetic hormones given to non-organic farm animals can be found in the milk they produce. We don’t like that. Our cheese is produced from 100% organic milk from grass-fed cows.

Organic dairy always means fresh, chemical- free dairy

We source the most natural and highest quality ingredients. Naturally, this means that we don’t use chemicals to keep our products fresh longer than they should be. Organic means fresh.
